This project was an experiment to explore how modern AI tools can accelerate the process of launching a new business concept online. The goal was to test how far AI-assisted workflows can take a project, starting from a simple business idea and ending with a fully functional WordPress website.
The process began with AI-assisted business planning. I used conversational AI to develop a business concept for a gaming arcade, including a business plan, company name, slogan, branding guidelines, and logo concepts. Based on the generated business information, I then created a detailed company presentation text that served as the foundation for the website content.
Next, I used an AI-powered WordPress website builder to generate the website structure automatically. The generated content was used to create multiple pages, navigation menus, and a sitemap. During the setup process, I configured additional website features such as a feedback form and customized the visual appearance by selecting suitable imagery, adjusting colors, and refining the generated content.
The initial website was generated within minutes and provided a fully functional foundation, including themes, plugins, navigation structure, and contact functionality. After the automated setup, I spent additional time manually refining the website to align it with the branding guidelines that had been created earlier in the project. This included updating images, adjusting the color palette, and improving the overall visual consistency.
The most interesting outcome of the project was demonstrating how AI can significantly reduce the time required to create a professional-looking business website. Tasks that traditionally required multiple tools and several days of work could be completed in approximately 30 minutes, resulting in a functional prototype ready for further development.
Key Learnings
This project highlighted both the opportunities and challenges of AI-assisted development. While AI can dramatically accelerate content creation, branding, and website setup, human oversight remains essential for quality assurance, customization, and technical validation. The experience also reinforced the growing importance of prompt engineering and AI tool proficiency as valuable skills in modern ICT and web development roles.
